Hi, I'm Maher — 12 years old, and on a mission to end littering and clean up our planet. Every piece of litter matters. Every action counts. Will you join me?
It started in a school classroom. Maher was learning about climate change — about how litter chokes rivers, fills oceans, and poisons wildlife. He looked around at the world outside and thought: someone needs to do something.
So at just 12 years old, Maher decided that someone would be him.
In June 2026, Maher's Mission was born — a youth-led movement right here in Coventry dedicated to ending littering, reducing emissions, and building a community that genuinely cares about our planet.

Our ultimate goal: bring littering to a complete end. From cigarette butts to plastic bags — no piece of rubbish belongs on our streets or in our waterways.
We want to build a culture where recycling is second nature — where nothing recyclable ever ends up in landfill again.
Car emissions are a massive contributor to climate change. We campaign for greener travel choices and raise awareness in schools and communities.
From primary school kids to adults, we want everyone to understand why the environment matters — and what they can do about it today.

Our first ever fundraiser — right at home! Family members pay a small fine every time they don't put their shoes back properly. All money raised goes directly to environmental causes.
